Owing to hygiene and safety of our customers, we refrain from any returns in terms of size, colour, or fit.
Product Mismatch / Damage:
- Please do not accept a package with a broken seal.
- If the package is tampered with, kindly take a video while opening it and ensure the tag is intact before returning.
- In case of damaged or wrong dispatch, the same amount will be credited as a “purchase credit” for a new purchase.
- Send an email to reach@liyell.com with:
- Clear photos and videos of the garment
- Order details
- Product returned with tags intact
No purchase credit will be issued if the product:
- Has been used even once
- Is not in the same condition as delivered
- Is returned damaged or without tags
The brand reserves the right to restrict exchanges for damage or wrong dispatch, if the policy is misused or breached, as determined solely by the brand.
If you purchased an item with a free gift or promotional offer, you must return the free item as well when returning the main product.
