Owing to hygiene and safety of our customers, we refrain from any returns in terms of size/ colour/fit. 

Product Mismatch /Damage :

Please do not accept a package with broken seal.

If found tampered with, please take a video of opening and return with tag intact.

In case of damaged or wrong dispatch, the same amount will be credit as a “purchase credit” for a new purchase.

Please mail to reach@liyell.com with clear snaps, videos of the garment and details and return with tag intact.

No purchase credit  will be  made if the product has been used once, or if for products are not in the same condition as when  they were delivered or if they have been damaged, so kindly take care of the products(s) while in your  possession. 

Brand shall reserve the right to restrict exchange (damage/ wrong despatch) of the items purchased, if  customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Brand’s  sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer  associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
